in the last weekIch bin viel geschäftlich unterwegs und dieses Hotel ist eines der miesesten Hotels, in dem ich jemals war. Der Eingang des Hotels sieht aus, als würde das Gebäude gerade für den Abbruch bereit gemacht werden. Die Rezeption ist in einem gammeligen Zimmer im dritten Stock. Überall riecht es unangenehm. Ich hatte Glück und mein Zimmer war renoviert. Die Klimaanlage hat allerdings nicht funktioniert und der Techniker kam natürlich auch nicht mehr vorbei. Im Gespräch kam heraus, dass bereits seit einer Woche bekannt war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist offensichtlich renoviert, allerdings wurden die Fenster nicht ausgetauscht. Eines konnte ich öffnen, das allerdings schon mehrfach gesprungen war. Im 8. Stock Fenster öffnen ist auch ein Erlebnis. Das Parken hat mich 20 € gekostet, weil das Hotel lieber weniger Steuern bezahlt und das Parken über die Stadt läuft. Das Zimmer hat 180 € die Nacht gekostet, weil nebenan eine kleine Messe war. Ich hatte mit Frühstück gebucht, aber davon war im Hotel nicht mehr die Rede. Angeblich ohne gebucht. Ich kann die sehr guten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

As a local guide, I travel a lot and have seen a lot, but the Hotel Loseo in Leverkusen was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. * Room condition & cleanliness: The hotel has apparently been undergoing renovations for years – but you couldn't tell in my room on the 3rd floor. It was a complete dump: totally outdated, badly worn, and not even clean. There were long strands of dust hanging from the ceilings and in every corner. The bed was incredibly wobbly, and you were afraid your legs would break. * Service & TV: The TV in the room had no signal. When I mentioned the problem at reception, the very bored young employee reacted with utter disinterest: "He didn't know either" and would have to send a technician. Of course, this technician never showed up before my departure. * Breakfast: Breakfast is not currently offered at the hotel. Instead, I was given a voucher for breakfast downtown – about a 7-minute walk away. A very poor solution for a hotel. Conclusion: A thoroughly disappointing experience with absolutely no customer service or hygiene standards. The only positive: Luckily, I only had to spend one night there.

When I asked about it, I received absolutely no help and was simply told to cancel the booking through Booking.com. There was absolutely no understanding or assistance from the staff. Disgusting behavior. I absolutely cannot recommend this place; it should be shut down.
