in the last weekThere's a shopping center next to the hotel. The room was large and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped and modern. It was also very close to the train station.

in the last weekUnfortunately, we had a very disappointing parking experience. We had booked a room at the Premier Inn Stuttgart City Europaviertel. Since their underground parking garage was full, we were advised to check with the nearby Premier Inn City Center to see if we could park our car there. We specifically asked at reception, and the staff member confirmed that we could leave the car there and pay the parking ticket the next day. The following day, the same staff member was back and suddenly claimed to have forgotten. Another employee intervened and didn't let me finish speaking even once. Furthermore, we were only then informed that the €20 parking fee could only be paid in cash – despite our having specifically asked about this the evening before. Our issue isn't with the parking fee itself, but with how we were treated and the situation was handled. We felt completely disregarded. Very disappointing.
