It's a shame, I didn't get any help with a minor time issue, which saddened me, especially since I've already spent several nights here. The service staff strictly adhered to the guidelines. I wouldn't react like that if I were in the service industry.

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. I slept wonderfully. Good value for money.

Excellent value for money! The large, bright rooms are clean and wonderfully air-conditioned during heat waves (which unfortunately can't be said for the gym, as there's no air conditioning and the windows let in all the hot air, even at 5 a.m.). Friendly and helpful staff, fresh fruit and cookies at reception, plus free ice cream, sunscreen, and insect repellent – ​​this hotel truly makes summer bearable!
