in the last weekWe travel a lot and have been travelling for many years. This hotel is incredible! Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendliest staff, especially Hasan. We were a couple of hours earlier than check-in, so our room was not ready. The staff stored our luggage safely so we could explore the area while we waited. The location is by far the best in Cologne; overlooks the Rhine River, walking distance to major attractions, a lot of restaurants and the train station. We loved our room!! The bed is comfortable, bathroom well equipped, has temperature control, complimentary coffee, a kettle and a small refrigerator. There is a complimentary continental breakfast with cereal, pastries, coffee, tea and fruit (apples when we were there) Better than all the above, the service and staff are amazing! Hasan went above and beyond! He was professional, knowledgeable, very friendly and was extremely helpful with my gluten free limitations. I would highly recommend this hotel!

in the last weekWe had an incredible stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. The location in old town was fantastic. Located right along the Rhine river with stunningly beautiful views and close to the cathedral, train station, aftermarket, restaurants and bars. The front desk staff provided us with exceptional customer service at check in and throughout our stay. Particularly Hasan, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely amazing. My sister is gluten-free and Hasan truly went out of his way to ensure she had good options available. The rooms are modern, clean and well-equipped. The coffee bar and croissants in the morning were much appreciated. Highly recommend!
