They spontaneously combined our two separately booked rooms and, as requested, exchanged my bed linen for hypoallergenic bedding. Excellent breakfast buffet. Close to the Lanxess Arena, easily accessible on foot. Would gladly stay again.

in the last weekEs war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt im Radisson blu Köln. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, proaktiv bei Zimmerupgrades und sehr flexibel. An dieser Stelle gilt mein Dank insbesondere Herrn Fares an der Rezeption, welcher trotz hoher Buchungslage uns einen Late Checkout gewährt hat. Im Frühstücksraum waren wir von der Umsichtigkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen begeistert, die die Arbeit immer an der richtigen Stelle gesehen haben. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, in einem sauberen und sehr guten Zustand. Zudem lag unser Premiumzimmer sehr ruhig. Es war nicht der erste Aufenthalt und es wird sicher auch nicht der letzte sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
