As a long-time Leipzig resident who has known the hotel since 1975, I must say that the redesign of the hotel concept is very successful! The interior is perfectly coordinated without compromising the building's architecture.
Dinner at Luce is the perfect end to a busy day of sightseeing in Leipzig!
I was at LUCE in Leipzig today, dining alone, and felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The greeting was so friendly that I immediately felt at ease.
I especially appreciated the time they took to find the perfect wine to complement my meal. I was able to taste several wines until they found the right one for my palate and each course. This was a truly special touch and made the evening even more enjoyable.
The scallop was simply divine. I've eaten scallops many times in Spain, but this one was at least as good – if not better. Every course was prepared with meticulous attention to detail and was a true culinary delight.
The ambiance is stylish, elegant, and yet very cozy. Whether for a romantic evening for two, a special occasion, or with friends or a small group – this restaurant is simply perfect.
Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful evening, the warmth, and the exceptional attention. I will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend LUCE.
The food was simply incredible. I was particularly taken with the ravioli – I absolutely loved them. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the value for money was outstanding. I've had many five-course meals that were significantly more expensive, but this one was worth every penny. Add to that the warm and inviting atmosphere, which made you feel right at home. The owner himself was incredibly welcoming and made the guests feel truly special.
