This restaurant deliberately targets negative reviews to maintain the appearance of a highly-rated establishment. It's outrageous that such a large chain would make this its business model instead of taking criticism seriously and improving. We were definitely not satisfied with our visit because it felt like a massive, impersonal service, and nothing was truly satisfying.
