Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück sehr lecker und die gesamte Atmosphäre angenehm. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Ideal for an overnight stay, whether alone or as a family.
The rooms are well-equipped and the breakfast is excellent!

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The room was in a state we hadn't expected. The heating system was broken, several lamps were defective, and the refrigerator didn't cool at all. With an outside temperature of around 30 degrees Celsius, we had to drink warm beverages – absolutely unacceptable.
The cleanliness also left much to be desired. There was still hair in the shower, and the trash wasn't emptied during our stay. The beds were also only superficially made.
Breakfast was also a huge disappointment. The multivitamin juice and orange juice were warm instead of chilled. The Nuremberg sausages were cold, and the scrambled eggs were still runny and didn't seem to be cooked properly. This kind of thing shouldn't happen in a hotel.
Overall, there was a lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and quality. For the price, we expected significantly more. We unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised; all my questions were answered positively beforehand, and the early check-in at 1 p.m. was handled smoothly.
We were assigned a reserved parking space, and then our trip to the harbor garden could begin.
