in the last weekOur flight had been cancelled, Air Canada gave us a link to hotels, some people were hours away from the airport. We lucked out, the great staff guided us to the shuttle pick up location and had so much patience with us as we were tired and confused. The room was great, the bed so comfy. It was not a long stay but definitely made a great impression on us. Plan to stay here next time we are in Toronto. Thanks

a week agoThe service was outstanding at this hotel. Breakfast was standard Hyatt Place food - nothing special but decent. Was acknowledged as a globalist and received all the benefits! A + as I'm the US that rarely happens (acknowledgement).

2 weeks agoThey charge you $30 for you to park and it’s not safe at all I would not recommend staying here if you’re traveling with a vehicle. This experience was stressful, costly, and completely ruined my stay Even more concerning, someone commented that car thefts are common at this location. If that is the case, I believe guests should be made aware and the hotel should take stronger security measures to protect its guests and their property.
