a week agoWe visited the lobby restaurant and the service was amazing. We had appetizers which were excellent. They also have a nice selection of beer and craft beer. It is a great place for a date night or a night out with friends for drinks and appetizers. Their prices were also very good.

2 weeks agoTHE GOOD: Amazing location, amazing staff, especially Paul at the desk. Super nice, helpful guy. Quiet rooms, you can't hear the hallways or rooms above or below. Wonderful comfortable beds and pillows. Clean rooms with a stocked fridge and snack bar. Lots of towels and nice toiletries. A/C runs quiet. Nice full length mirror with good lighting. THE BAD: What design idiot decided that a glass wall in your shower between the room and bathroom was a fantastic idea??! It gives a weird vibe of a kink strip bar where you watch the dancer soap up through a glass curtain. Guess what happens at 2:43 a.m. when your roomie decides to quietly use the bathroom? The room floods with light as soon as switch is flipped. You can't get the useless blinds closed tight enough to block out the waking light. Not to mention the lack of sound proofing a huge glass pane doesn't provide. Every cough and fart is heard far and wide. Recommend HIGHLY to the Pinnacle renovation plan to replace these asinine walls with an ACTUAL wall. Other than that, beautiful hotel in an amazing, vibrant location in North Van. Oh, and they could put 3 pillows per bed in a double room instead of just 2; some of us need to sleep propped up a bit. Signed, Awake at 3:09 a.m. -_-
