I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of champagne for being a member, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the experience feel extra special. You can really tell they care about their guests and their experience. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back.

in the last weekTerrific luxury hotel in the heart of Vancouver. The staff was excellent and a pleasure. The room had great hi-tech controls and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Even on the second floor the room was quiet for sleeping. The his and her sinks even in a relatively small room was a nice touch. I wold definitely stay here again
