in the last weekChecked into this hotel for a weekend getaway with Hubby prior to his business week. Had pre-booked the hotel in advance but when we arrived to check in were told the only rooms available were with double beds. We haven't slept in a double bed since we were dating over 35 years ago. Not only can we not sleep together but the one bed had a hole in the sheet and the bed is quite squeaky. Also, the room is very dated and the staff was not very welcoming nor did they offer any assistance. They seemed very ableist and lacked any compassion. The only saving grace is the restaurant staff was pleasant and the food and wine that we tried was quite good.

in the last weekUnprofessional front desk service, acted busy and gave minimal service, but tended with enthusiasm to other guests. Same goes for the luggage carrier, no help from 3 available frontmen to carry luggage. Not sure if it’s a 4 star hotel or just plain lazy, lmao. Not recommended.
