I would especially like to commend Kristian, who looked after me upon arrival. Since my plans changed several times during my stay, I had to extend my visit. Kristian handled everything with the utmost professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency each time. I would give him the highest possible rating without hesitation for his service, his helpfulness, and his warm personality. Another young employee, who—if I remember correctly—is also named Christian and comes from Poland, was also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always in good spirits. Interacting with these two employees truly made me feel not just like a guest in a hotel, but like I was among people who made me feel at home. By a happy coincidence, I also had the brief opportunity to meet the hotel owner. She, too, immediately made time for me and gave me the impression that the well-being of her guests is truly important to her.
