in the last weekThe Peter Luger of 3 Michelin stars? Time has passed it by. Dusty atmosphere, lackluster to aggressive service, consecutive one note and similar dishes. Not impressed from a fan that wanted to be. 25th anniversary made to feel like the 3rd. Been around the world in tens of starred spots and this felt like and tasted like a place complacent in its position and done pushing the envelope. Let down on a personal level. Do better or open a buffet.
