in the last weekWe stayed four nights in a triple room. On the first evening, the shower gel provided upon request by reception was missing from the shower. On the evening of the second day, we reported that the room had not been made up and cleaned. We were instructed to use the app's request, which we promptly entered for the following days. This limited the towels to being changed, but not the beds being cleaned or made. In our opinion, this situation fell short of all hygiene standards. We are sorry, as we have had consistently positive experiences with this B&B group in the past.

a week agoIn a word: Terrible. We spontaneously booked the hotel online late one evening for one night. Check-in at the machine initially went smoothly. However, when we tried to enter the building, specifically the hotel lobby, using the assigned code, nothing worked. The PIN pad wouldn't open the door for us or any other guest. A call to the provided emergency number was also unsuccessful. Ultimately, we were only able to get into the building because someone was just leaving. The room door opened without any problems using the code. The room itself was spacious for this price range, but unfortunately, it was also quite dirty. There was lint and fluff in the bed, giving the impression that the linens hadn't been changed after the previous guest. We also had an unpleasant experience with the provided paper cups. One of them had obviously already been used. We noticed this when we poured water into it and it suddenly foamed excessively. Upon closer inspection, we could even see residue in the cup. I don't understand why the cups aren't provided hygienically in paper or foil sleeves, as is the case in many other hotels. The absolute worst part, however, was the traces of excrement on the toilet seat... Interestingly, the PIN pad at the hotel entrance suddenly worked again on a later attempt. The hotel parking for €8 per night is acceptable. However, this doesn't change the fact that my stay was extremely disappointing overall. Therefore, I definitely cannot recommend this hotel and will certainly not be staying there again.
