My husband and I have stayed here several times over the years, but this visit truly allowed us to appreciate everything the hotel and surrounding area have to offer—from the excellent on-site amenities to the wonderful nearby restaurants and shopping. This trip was especially meaningful because my mom was in Miami for spinal surgery. During a stressful time, the hotel’s exceptional staff made a tremendous difference. Every employee we encountered, including the housekeeping team, was kind, compassionate, and professional. A special thank you to the valet team—Mr. Edgar, Flexo, and Mr. Manuel—for consistently providing outstanding service. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Miami to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent accommodations, outstanding customer service, and a convenient location makes it a place I will gladly return to again and again.

Everything felt well maintained and convenient, which made the experience very enjoyable. A special mention goes to Gerald at the front desk, who was especially helpful, friendly, and professional. His excellent service made check-in smooth and welcoming, and he really stood out as someone who takes pride in his work. The suite was also very nice, comfortable, and a great place to relax. Overall, this was a very positive stay, and I would happily recommend the Grand Hyatt Miami.
