in the last weekThere is a bridge that lift/lowers daily to allow boats to pass backing up traffic daily. This backs up into their valet & traffic coming in & out gets really bad. Valet $65 nightly or a nearby parking garage for $20. 1st room assigned there was heavy mold in the tracks of the ac vent. Standing back in line at the check in counter a large group of international flight attendants all European came in and stood behind of me. The receptionist after dealing with the current guest walked over to them and asked them to come forward completely ignoring me. I walked ahead of them to the counter with luggage bags in hand saying I needed help & that I was in line before they had even gotten into the building. She then told me I needed to wait. Training a new young employee with this distasteful behavior, hopefully this new employee filters whats right/wrong. Later, Sofia at reception asked if she could help me. Sofia is extremely professional with great mannerism. Thank you so much for making everything that happened right. Hyatt is lucky to have Sofia on their team.
