a week agoI attended the England vs. Norway match on July 12, 2026, at 5 p.m. EST. The manager and host were incredibly rude and unprofessional, which compelled me to leave the venue and seek alternative seating. Despite arriving early and patiently waiting for 30 minutes, the service was so subpar that I had no choice but to leave. I strongly advise Black Bear to retain the current manager as their manager. Their behavior, involving flirting with other co-workers and misusing their managerial position, is unacceptable. If this continues, they risk losing their regular customers due to their poor management skills as I was their regular customer and def not going back there after this experience with manager in charge that day

3 weeks agoDon't come to this place to watch the games. If Colombia isn't playing, they won't even let you hear the national anthem. It's a disgrace! Don't come!
