Convenient location, clean rooms, friendly service, valet parking. Considering they have a monopoly basically in the area to stay, they are still a good bet, but very expensive for basic amenities. Do not love how you can see into the other guest rooms because of the layout of the windows.

Welcome to the w Hoboken. You will remain up all night due to Loud air conditioners in the room. Around 7 am you will be annoyed by slamming doors every 15 seconds by cleaning staff who don’t have a way to prop open room doors to access items on their cleaning carts. Heading down to breakfast you will be served orange juice from a can and a very weak continental breakfast. The fruit cup is 98% melon and pineapple slices (aka cheap fruit) with two slivers of a strawberry on top and a couple blueberries. The coffee comes with skim milk not cream. The toast tastes like cardboard. The yogurt is packed with sugar and soggy granola. The wait staff has no clue what they are doing. The bathroom in the lobby has loose toilet seats and doors that don’t lock properly without forcing them closed. You will drag your own bags to your room and also open the lobby doors for yourself after removing your own bags from your taxi. The toilet seat in your room will also be loose and slide left and right. The shower will be on a restricted low flow shower head of 1.2 GPM. All of this for the low price of $890 per night.

The hotel staff made our 40th anniversary a wonderful experience. Room was spotless, gave us prosecco and fruit and the view for 4th of July was perfect!

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Between the service, the views, the food, and the cocktails I'm literally counting down the days until I can stay here again!!
