in the last weekThe food was great, but the service was terrible. There was a man sitting next to us on a computer during what appeared to be a meeting, speaking loudly the entire time. It completely disrupted the atmosphere. There was also no background music, which I believe is a mistake since it makes every conversation in the restaurant feel amplified. The restroom was very small, and the hallway leading to it was narrow and cluttered with employees’ belongings, giving the space an unprofessional appearance. The food deserves better than the overall experience. Your service and atmosphere should live up to your reputation.

To make it worse, the place is very tight and there was a young guy all alone on his laptop being loud on the phone next to us (not even eating). It's not Starbucks! Restrooms are awful. Feels like the family that owns the chain is just too comfortable with their success.
