a week agoToda una sorpresa. No hay que dejarse influir por el aspecto de la recepción y los pasillos (con acabado de yeso y sin pintar). El apartamento es muy grande, con la habitación separada. Limpio, nuevo, con cocina y todo lo necesario (incluido lavavajillas), aunque sin lavadora, lo que hubiese estado bien, ya que estuvimos varios días. Mala iluminación del espejo del baño. Inadecuado para afeitarse. No hay climatización. Nos dejaron una especie de ventilador-humificador, difícil de utilizar y poco efectivo. Cuando no hay recepción es complicado el acceso y resolver problemas. Aunque el check-out es a las 11 h. nos dijeron que podríamos irnos a las 12 h. Pero, al parecer, a las 11 h. las llaves de acceso se anulan. Salimos a dejar maletas a la moto y luego no podíamos, ni entrar en el alojamiento, ni en la habitación. Fue complicado conseguir una llave de emergencia. Si no llegamos a salir con el móvil, no sé que hubiésemos hecho.

a month agoThe room is great in size and well furnished. I enjoyed staying there with my family. Even though the room was clean overall it needed a bit more dusting here and there (Sheets and towels were spotless). I really liked the hassle free self check-in. They communicated at every step from the reservation to the check-in and check-out. The staff was super helpful. I reserved an early check-in option and paid accordingly. However, we couldn't use that option as our train delayed and they immediately refunded. Furthermore, we got a late flight and they let us keep the room a bit more than the regular check-out time. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again for the hospitality!
