in the last weekThe hotel has a great location, just a 5-minute walk to King or Queen Underground stations and one stop from Union Station. It's a lovely hotel with friendly staff. We were able to check in at 11:00 AM after arriving at the hotel at 8:00 AM following an overnight flight. The rooms were clean and included a hairdryer and safe. I would book this hotel again.

in the last weekWhen I come into Toronto, this hotel is my go to. They are friendly at front desk, exceptionally helpful and overall just a super clean comfortable stay. However, I'm most impressed with Jerome, he went above and beyond with helping me with my laundry at 10pm! It was my last night at the hotel and I was moving the next day and knew I couldn't get it done in time before the laundry room closed. Jermone helped me get it all done in less than an hour. ❤️
