The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to everything we had planned, including shopping at the Eaton Centre, the theatre, and several great restaurants, which made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. As part of our stay, we also received a credit to the Daily Ritual Café for breakfast, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the staff there were just as friendly and attentive, making it a wonderful way to start our day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend One King West Hotel to anyone visiting downtown Toronto.
