in the last weekUnfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Our suitcase went missing from the hotel lobby during our stay and was later found in Switzerland after being mistakenly taken by another guest’s transfer. The police were called immediately, and the hotel provided us with written confirmation that the security camera system was not recording What disappointed us even more was the hotel’s approach afterwards. Rather than helping us find a practical solution once the suitcase was located, the hotel declined to assist with its return or even temporarily store it for us. We eventually had to recover it ourselves with the help of a third party. For me, this raises serious concerns not only about security, but also about how guests are supported when something goes wrong. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travellers.

in the last weekDie Zimmer waren dem Standard entsprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Der Standort ist zentrumsnah, die einzige Einschränkung besteht aus den lauten Verkehrsgeräuschen, die jedoch von den guten Fenstern absorbiert werden. Der Zimmerservice war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielseitig. Hier möchte ich die Bedienung durch Herrn Lban Burgos hervorheben, die sehr höflich, zurückhaltend und alles in allem sehr angenehm war. Vielen Dank dafür.

in the last weekHello everyone 👋 My cousin and I stayed at the NH Hotel Cologne Old Town on September 18, 2026, for a short trip. We initially had a room that unfortunately wasn't very clean and didn't have a particularly nice view. After mentioning this at reception, our complaint was handled very politely and professionally. The hotel manager took care of it immediately and offered us another, very clean room with a great view. As compensation, we were also offered two complimentary drinks, which we thought was a very nice gesture. We were particularly impressed by the friendly way our complaint was handled and the quick and easy solution. This made us feel valued as guests and well taken care of. Thank you for the excellent service and friendly support. We'd love to come back!
