a week agoOne of the best accommodations I have been lately! All rooms of the hotel, from the reception, dining area to the rooms themselves are very clean. The people are incredibly nice and helpful from booking to my stay. The breakfast was one of the best I know - the quality, the variety - outstanding! I highly recommend it and will come back again.

a week agoWe needed a hotel for a football match and spontaneously booked this one because of its proximity to the stadium. It was our first hotel in Leverkusen, and we simply let ourselves be surprised by what awaited us without any great expectations. And yes, those are often the best moments – it's a very nice little hotel with stylish rooms and everything you need. The service is excellent, and thank you again for the parking in the underground garage ;-). The breakfast buffet is incredibly healthy and delicious, with something for everyone, even adults and children. Next time, we'll definitely try the beer garden. We'd gladly stay at this hotel again for the next home game. It's about 20 minutes from the stadium and only about 10 minutes from a large shopping center, so the price-performance ratio is simply fantastic. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation for a weekend in Leverkusen. Until next time, greetings from Bavaria.

3 weeks agoBefore checking in, I was really curious about the hotel's ratings—what kind of hotel could possibly maintain such an exceptionally high score? After staying for four nights, I finally understand why it’s so highly rated. They completely deserve it! It's a pity that the maximum rating is only 5 stars; if there were a 100-point scale, I would definitely give them 100. It wasn't just because we got an upgraded room, or because the cleanliness was so flawless that even a neat freak like me couldn't find a single fault. What mattered even more was the heartwarming hospitality of the staff and the deep trust they show their guests—it truly blew me away! Having stayed at wonderful hotels in several customer-first Asian countries, I can say that a hotel filled with such genuine human warmth is exceptionally rare. After this stay, I have a feeling that whenever I check into another hotel in the future, it’ll be hard not to hold it to this very high standard.
