in the last weekWe stayed at the Barcelona Princess Hotel for 4 nights with our family and had a fantastic experience. Although we encountered an issue when we first arrived, it was dealt with promptly, professionally and with genuine care. A special thank you to Nicolás, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. His professionalism, kindness and commitment to guest satisfaction completely turned the situation around and made us feel truly valued. The true measure of a great hotel isn’t when everything goes perfectly, it’s how they respond when something goes wrong. Barcelona Princess demonstrated outstanding customer service by resolving the issue quickly and exceeding our expectations. Thank you again to Nicolás and the entire team for making the rest of our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend Barcelona Princess to anyone visiting Barcelona.

in the last weekBeautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. I loved my stay at this hotel and would love to return sometime. The food and drinks were good value for money, and the loction of the hotel was convenient. The wellness area and roof pool were lovely. Day staff were sweet and welcoming. My only complaint would be I had an accident in the hotel room of my own fault but when I asked the night staff if they had bandages or plasters they weren't very helpful or kind when I asked and seemed to smirk when they told me nowhere around was open where I could get some. I went back to my room and make a make-shift bandage until I could get out the next day.
