Holiday Inn – the niu, Stream Mönchengladbach by IHG

Clean rooms, good parking facilities and friendly staff.

It was fantastic! We stayed here for a weekend with our one-and-a-half-year-old son and were thrilled from the start. All the staff (whether at reception or the breakfast buffet) were so warm and friendly. We felt very welcome as a family. The location is great and close to the city center. There's a park and a children's playground right next door. Plus, there's a supermarket next to the hotel for all your essentials. Tip: It's best to call reception in advance after booking so that housekeeping can prepare any extra beds, etc., in your room before you arrive.

Prime central location. Friendly reception, great rooms – no frills, but with air conditioning. International clientele. Breakfast was good, but completely overpriced for what was offered.
