in the last weekThe location would be perfect, being close to the historic center, were it not for the ABSOLUTE impossibility of reaching it by car. The entire traffic situation in Parma is absolutely insane. Unfortunately, there's neither an app nor a website where you can report this absurd situation, but I'm happy to do so here anyway, in case it helps anyone. Otherwise, decent rooms, ditto breakfast. I don't remember how many stars it gets, but I wouldn't give it more than a couple.

a week agoBreakfast only at 7:30 which is a bit late, at least for us, we couldn't have breakfast as we had things booked from 8am. Old, worn out, extremely noisy & no parking so it was very difficult to pack from the car. If you are driving through Europe with a lot of luggage, this hotel is not recommended. Otherwise it is centrally located so it is close to shopping and food. Check-out also late, from 7:30, we had to leave at 6am actually so it was very late when we left.

a week agoRecommended only for its central location. The hotel is very old, with rooms that are basic, even to call them basic, is a huge compliment. Breakfast is basic. Cleanliness is so-so.

2 weeks agoExcellent reception service and breakfast. The location is so central that it can be inconvenient for those traveling by car: Parma is a real hassle to navigate, and the hotel can be very difficult to reach. Rooms have the basic necessities. Excellent base for walks.

2 weeks agoThe hotel is a bit dated. You can feel the passage of time, but that's intentional. The bathroom fixtures in the rooms are good. Welcoming.
