in the last weekThis is our second stay at the hotel. Our first time here was amazing. All staff treated us so kindly. The 24 hour cafe and breakfast are one of the amenities that also brought us back. During our most recent stay there was only one issue and it had to do with the breakfast server Arturo. An extremely rude older gentleman. Treated us very unkindly and disrespectful. We made sure to let staff know about him upon checkout. Interestingly, one staff said others have complained about him as well. If this is the case, why does he continue to treat customers rudely? This man just seems to despise the customers and let’s it known in his body language. Unfortunately, he ruined the whole experience. We will be returning in December for my birthday. I hope he changes his attitude. If he again treats us with disrespect, we will not book here again. I will update after our stay.

a week agoThe place is super clean but very expensive. And if you look closely, the furniture is stained and damaged.
