This is going to be a long review. But it's worth mentioning all the points ✨ It's my first time staying in a hostel, and obviously, being a shared hostel, I was a bit nervous, so... 1. The staff's attention from the very first minute was fantastic. When I made the reservation by phone, they addressed all my needs, answered all my questions, and guided me through the online booking process. 2. I had a problem with my flight ✈️ so I wasn't going to be able to arrive that day. I contacted them to see if they could reschedule my stay so I wouldn't lose a night, and I know that while this isn't always possible, they are willing to help and try to find a solution to the unexpected situation. 3. The facilities are beautiful 💕 I stayed in the all-female dorm, and the room has a very peaceful feel 🍃. The colors they chose are gorgeous; that deep blue, almost like petrol blue, on the wall matches the lockers and the bed colors perfectly. It's truly Instagrammable 📷👧✨ 3. The kitchen is fantastic. I don't know who designed or organized it, but it's the most beautiful and elegant kitchen I've ever seen. It has everything you need to cook, including water, tea, coffee, and sugar. It's the essentials for cooking, and you enjoy using the kitchen 🍳👨‍🍳🔪 4. The shower area 🚿💧 is very comfortable and spacious. It has a place to get dressed and ready. The only minor issue was the water; I was left with cold water, but that's something they're working on. These are small details that get fixed as they go along, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience at all. The rest. 5. Safety 👮 I was so afraid of sleeping in a hostel, worried that something bad might happen at night or that I'd be bothered, but not at all. The truth is, you sleep very peacefully; no one bothers you. I never felt unsafe. So, if you're a woman traveling alone, I feel it's a safe and respectful place 💜, especially since most of the people I interacted with were men who helped me, opened the door for me, or even the night guard. I never felt uncomfortable around them. 6. It's truly a 10 out of 10. I had only booked three nights, and my plan was to go for work and then stay somewhere else, but I ended up booking another three nights here because I feel so comfortable. Don't hesitate if you come to Mexico City; this is an excellent option. I'm sharing some photos. 💕💕

I really liked the accommodation, very central, the facilities were nice and clean, Ezequiel attended to us and answered my questions, we went to FanFest and we were 3 blocks from the zócalo, I liked it a lot.

A very pleasant, centrally located place. The reception staff are very friendly, especially Ernesto, who was always attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very spacious and quite comfortable, and the location makes it easy to get around the city center on foot. I highly recommend it, 100/10.
