in the last week⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really great stay at the Hyatt Regency LAX. The staff were excellent from the moment I checked in, but I especially have to mention the bell staff. They were unbelievably helpful, friendly, and attentive. What I really appreciated was that their service felt genuine — no hovering around or making you feel like they were expecting a tip. Just genuinely good hospitality. The hotel itself was clean, smelled great, and felt very comfortable. My room was extremely clean, beautiful, quiet, and a wonderful place to relax after traveling. There were just a couple of maintenance issues that should be addressed. The shower fixture was broken, so the overhead shower would not stay properly positioned and kept falling forward. The water pressure was also extremely low, which was disappointing after a long flight. The cabinet door covering the refrigerator was also broken. Those things aside, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained overall, and the staff truly made the experience. With a few repairs in the room, it would have been perfect.
