缺點： ​房內備品極少：沒有咖啡機、熱水壺、水杯，沐浴用品僅提供毛巾與兩小塊肥皂，沒有洗髮乳與沐浴乳。要搭車到4公里外買。需要吹風機要跟櫃台人員說。 ​沒有正常早餐，且熱水/咖啡僅在早餐時段提供。住4樓房內Wi-Fi 連線非常卡頓。​浮動房價落差大：週末或特定日期的房價可能直接翻倍，CP 值會大幅降低。浴室掛毛巾的唯一桿子是在馬桶後上方，表面鍍膜嚴重剝落。如果是只求睡一晚且自備洗沐用品的旅客可以考慮，房間很乾淨，房間牆、浴室牆沙發皮有些地方小破損。如果需要基本生活設備或長期停留，建議全部自備或出去購買。附近人行道上有許多狗屎與廢棄物，不建議路上散步。 優點：乾淨、安靜(但附近如果有人用水會有很大聲水管噪音持續不斷)、便宜

Sadly have had a bad experience here, they seem really understaffed and the poor employees don’t have time to get to everyone. The check in process took an hour because they only had one young man (doing an AMAZING job) to handle over 50 people in the lobby plus nonstop calls from rooms. When we got to our room there was no shampoo which was odd but we just asked for some the next morning and got three small packets (3 of us staying for 4 nights) also they only gave us one key card which was a bit inconvenient but we managed. The pool was closed “under maintenance “ the entire time, said they were waiting on a part they ordered online that hasn’t arrived which was disappointing since it was scorching hot and we booked this place for the pool, but again not the employees fault. Sadly on my last night getting back to the hotel after a long day at the hospital I saw again they were understaffed and with a huge line to check in, this time there were 3 women working the desks. I knew we all needed shampoo and toilet paper as no one came by to stock up the room during our stay so I waited by the corner until I could quickly ask for some but the lady just said NO I said no? Like you don’t have any? She just said no again lol. Plz help anyways for the pretty steep price Staying here I’d expect at least shampoo- again this is obviously management/higher up issue not the poor employees who are just over being overworked and understaffed understandably.
