Why was the employee so unfriendly and annoyed when I took the order? Is she like that with all customers or just certain ones?
I paid €22 for a rice dish with a small salad. That's not a cheap price. All the more reason why I expected to be treated kindly and respectfully. Instead, I felt unwelcome.
If all customers are treated like this, it won't be good for business in the long run.
Furthermore, I had the impression that I was being treated differently because of my background. If that's actually the case, I consider it racist discrimination—regardless of the employees' nationality. 🤐🤐
