a week agoWe celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant, finding a romantic and tranquil atmosphere. We were truly pampered. The service was impeccable, provided by young and knowledgeable staff. Ask for advice on wines and spirits. But let's not forget the dishes. The cuisine is unconventional, with balanced and innovative flavors, allowing you to explore even exotic pairings with traditional dishes. The experience is definitely worth it.

a month agoAn experience I absolutely recommend. Opera is a magnificent restaurant located just steps from Porta Susa. The restaurant is housed in a historic building, elegant and meticulously maintained, with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely dinner. I chose the Opera tasting menu, a menu that highlights refined ingredients and original pairings. Of all the courses, the ones that won me over were the monkfish with pine nut extract, the cannelloni with hare ragù, the pigeon with banana and curry, and the dessert: truly memorable dishes. The service is another great strength. The maître d' guides guests through each course with passion, while the sommelier is always available to recommend the most suitable wine, choosing from a truly extensive wine list or from the restaurant's wine pairing programs. One aspect I particularly appreciated is that, in addition to the main course menu, they also serve several small welcome appetizers, a pre-dessert, and a selection of pastries, making the experience even more complete. For €110, considering the quality of the cuisine, the impeccable service, and the attention to detail throughout the experience, the value for money is truly excellent. I can't wait to go back.

2 months agoThe staff, the atmosphere, the food - absolute credit to gastronomy. Beautiful dishes and flavours… we didn’t want the experience to end. We came here for a special birthday as a treat and to experience fine dining and it blew us away. Waiting staff were so friendly, polite and respectful. The wine was delicious and served with just the right amount of information. The food - each course was so so so beautiful. An individual work of art. Flavours and smells to dream of. We spent a long time looking for a place like this and Opera didn’t disappoint. I would highly recommend you to try this beautiful place as you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Opera team
