in the last weekThe location is absolutely perfect — right next to the train station and less than a 10-minute walk to the city centre, which was super convenient. The place was clean, cosy and very well maintained, and everything looked exactly like in the photos. We also loved that there is a luggage storage room, so we could leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. There’s great coffee in the lobby, and the room had everything we needed — dishes, a dishwasher, fresh bed linen and incredibly comfortable beds. The beds were honestly a highlight — we slept so well! Everything was convenient, clean and well thought out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

2 weeks agoCommunication with the accommodation is terrible. No solutions are offered to problems; instead, you're referred to other people. There's no one on-site, and messages go unanswered. I booked two nights with breakfast. Later, I discovered that breakfast (1) isn't served at the accommodation itself, but at a nearby café, and (2) isn't available until 9:00 AM. This meant I couldn't have breakfast. I'm still stuck with the €16 charge for breakfast. I also never received the invoice for my stay. The Bob W app isn't working, and I can't even download it. Finally, the communal coffee machine in the lobby wasn't working the entire time I was there. The room itself, however, was well-equipped and clean. The same goes for the kitchenette.
