St Christopher’s Berlin – Alexanderplatz

Good location, however the rooms, bathrooms and service are poor. Rooms are in urgent need of maintenance. Bathrooms were filthy. Urine on seats and floors. Even the ceilings were broken, with buckets below them to capture falling water. I had booked three nights but on different bookings as I had added nights separately as I opted for a longer overall stay. I asked reception to merge the bookings so I could stay in the same room. The staff member on the front desk said it's not possible and said I can store baggage during the day but it was one Euro per hour! Awful guest service.

Great value with the single room. Convenient location, next to the Rosa-Luxemburg Platz metro station (line U2). Late check-out option available at a cost of 5.50 euros. Shower soap and towel provided. The reception team were very friendly and helpful. My feedback regarding a paper dispenser defect was addressed quickly. Luggage storage lockers available for a fee for before check-in and after check-out.
