Went days ago to this place, we called the server to our table several times ( indian looking i think ) , after 20 mins he came to our table and was very rude to us , after waiting again we got our order but it was a wrong order , when we communicated the issue we were faced with shift blaming instead of owning up to the mistake and simply changing our order .
This was so disappointing because mutual respect should be the principle of every single place especially an Irish pub in germany because this reflects the place , we understand that mistakes happen to the best of us but all we ask for is respect , mutual respect , if we were the ones making the mistake i totally get it but we did not , we just wished for a better choice of wording , noone wants to feel bad after choosing an experience at a pub .
