in the last weekReally disappointing. Rooms are very old and outdated. Hallways feel unsanitary. Multiple pubic hairs in the shower. Grout in shower is pink with mould. The pull out couch was unusable for our kids - the mattress collapses and metal rods were pushing into their backs. They did not supply enough towels for the people on our reservation, sheets felt old and over used/worn, pillows felt decades old, and not even a single water bottle was provided. Front desk staff was unwelcoming and exceptionally rude. Would not choose this hotel ever again. I should be refunded based on the pullout couch and public hairs alone.

in the last weekThe hotel's location is excellent. The room is large, but the cleanliness wasn't perfect; there were some strange stains on the shower curtain and in the bathtub. The breakfast was very complete and delicious, and the staff was very friendly. It's a good hotel overall, but it needs cleaning.

in the last weekIf I could give zero stars I would. I reserved a room at this hotel during TIFF today. Unfortunately i had to work late. When I went to check into my hotel they told me they gave up my room bc I had not checked in by 6pm. They said my room wasn’t guaranteed. They just wanted to sell my room for more money during TIFF. We will never use your hotel again. I book hundreds yes hundreds of rooms a year in downtown Toronto for our employees. This hotel is now off our list.
