2 weeks agoHorrible experience! My wife has anxiety and she is sensitive to noise. Our room was extremely noisy and the hotel refused to change our room. There is no body physically onsite to help either. We had to talk to some one over the ring phone and he was extremely rude as well. Tiny rooms! No closet! No storage! I mean this place might be okay for a single person spending one nignt. Stay sway from this place

2 weeks agoFirst, they couldn't make a key at check-in. No one answered the phone or the doorbell. After an hour, the doorbell rang, but they said it was a system error and told me to wait 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend it.
