in the last weekFound thus hotel with a Google search. Fir our first trip to Toronto, it was the perfect location. Close to CN TOWER, Aquarium, and Scotiabank Arena. We were able to find walkable places to eat and could rideshare anywhere else. Beautiful and clean hotel. Friendly staff. The smell of the lobby is great.

in the last weekNON EXISTENT ROOM SERVICE Beautiful Room, but don’t order Room service. Gone are the days when a cart or tray came up with actual plates cutlery, napkins and condiments. We ordered room service and our meals came in cardboard containers in a paper bag. It might as well have been DoorDash or Uber eats. Had we known this was happening we would’ve made the effort to go downstairs and get it ourselves or go out.

in the last weekMeh hotel. Decent room, bathroom might be slightly dirty at the edges of the wall. Planes might be a little loud in the night as it goes right above the building. Otherwise service was decent, although I had to call twice to get room service. I would recommend if you're on a budget.
