in the last weekThe hotel is connected to the Roger’s Centre. I had to stay here from September 20th, 2026 and September 21st, 2026, because my flight was cancelled. Checking in was very difficult because the airline put the agents name and not mine, on the reservation. There is a 50$ incidental fee. I was given a room on the 9th floor, unfortunately overlooking an abandoned train yard. I love the security the hotel has with the elevator. To use the elevator, you must swipe your room card and press the button for your floor. Therefore reducing the likelihood of someone with bad intentions entering the hotel. The room was nice, due to being legally blind, I was in an accessible room. The hotel has toothbrushes and combs you can ask for at the front desk. The room had a coffee machine with Nespresso pods. Machine was dirty and I had to clean it. Only enough coffee supplies for 2 coffees. Nice area to hang coat. Only one nightstand which was odd. Comfy bed (medium-firm) with exceptional linen. USB-c charger built into lamp. They had Bluejays game playing on the tv in our room. Temperature control settings had buttons to turn the fan on and off and had a toggle to go from hot to cold and the option to set the temperature in degrees celsius. Desk in room and extra chair. They leave a pen and cards to write on. Room had mini fridge but no microwave. There are four elevators run by one button, so when you call the elevator it could be any of the four. When the door opens there are lights on the trim but no sound, I am legally blind and this was not accessible to me. Overall experience was ok, but I would not personally choose to come back on my own, due to price. This hotel has a doorman and valet parking. Checkout was easy.
