3 weeks agoFREAKING TERRIBLE. Food was a true joke. It was so bland. No real sense on how to make hibachi. Please do not waste your money. I spent 125$ for two plates and it was the most disappointing and disgusting meal I have ever eaten. Absolutely no seasoning. The ladies at the counter were the best part of the whole thing. I honestly want a refund because I feel robbed. I ended up having no 6 bites and throwing it away.

3 weeks agoThis has the worst service of any restaurant I’ve experienced. The most upsetting thing is, it’s not even understaffed, they are just completely careless and inattentive. It took me waiting 35 minutes standing at bar just to get a single drink. They have no system of finding your table once u order food, u have to flag them down. People at the bar were shouting each other fighting over who was next repeatedly. I can’t even blame the staff for being so bad, the management of this place is utterly incompetent. Based everyone’s collective experience, this place wont be around long. I would avoid this place!

a month agoLarge space in the mall however there are NO overhead Hibachi vents which makes the place so Smokey. I was coughing for the first few minutes. Also, charging an “upgrade” for the fried rice was absolutely wild. The chef was funny and that was the best part. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

a month agoI recently visited Dream 360 for a night out and, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. The waitress was attentive and provided great service, and the chef put on an entertaining performance, so neither of them was the issue. The main disappointment was the food. The noodles were spaghetti noodles, and very little was included with the meal. For a hibachi dinner costing over $50 per person, I expected standard sides such as fried rice and lo mein to be included. Instead, the portions and accompaniments felt lacking for the price. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the restaurant has a nice vibe, but spending approximately $360 for four people—with no appetizers ordered—did not feel like a good value. Overall, while the service and entertainment were good, the food and pricing left a lot to be desired.
