Many reviewers have praised the venue for its vibrant atmosphere during major events like the World Cup, indicating that it is a popular spot for sports fans.
Some customers noted frustration with the increased entrance fees during high-profile events, such as the World Cup semi-final, where the charge was $30 compared to previous events.
The addition of an 18% automatic gratuity on top of the entrance fee has been a point of contention for some patrons, who feel it is excessive.
A few reviews mentioned rude service and poor communication during event closures, which negatively impacted their experience.

2 weeks agoThey charged me $30 to enter for the world cup semi final! Looking at the previous reviews, looks like it was $20 then. And too of the entranfe fee they also added an automatic 18% gratuity. Absolutely ridiculous to be taking advantage of world cup fans like this. Looks like they decided to do what FIFA has been doing. No wonder so many of the recent reviews are 1 star here. I also came here for the 2022 world cup and there was no entrance fee for that and the vibes were great. Not this time. Now it’s just a rip off. Just go to one of the many other great bars in the city!

3 weeks agoWeirdest bbq wings I've ever tried. Emptyed the entire bar after a football game without warning. Rude treatment when I was supposed to get all the guests out. Unnecessary to give such poor information when you pay in
