in the last weekHatten letztes Wochenende ein Zimmer im Spin Tower gebucht und waren von der Lage, vom Service an der Rezeption sowie beim Frühstück einach nur begeistert. Der Ausblick aus dem 17. Stock war fantastisch, die Ausstattung des Zimmers ließ keine Wünsche offen und das Frühtstück war grandios. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränk weiteremfehlen. Wir kommen wieder, versprochen:)

in the last weekEines der besten Hotels in Frankfurt. Besonders toll sind die Aussicht, die Zimmer Ausstattung sowie das große und komfortable Bett. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und vor allem das frisch servierte Omelette ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ganz neu und auf jedem Zimmer ist Chromecast, dass direkt in den Fernseher integriert ist. Ein wirklich cooles Update. Ich war schon oft da und komme zum Geschäftsreisen. Immer gerne wieder.

in the last weekUnfortunately, the handling of a previously clarified issue regarding my Amex upgrade was very disappointing. Before my stay, I had already contacted support via email to confirm that the upgrade should be possible, subject to availability, even though the booking couldn't be made directly through the Amex website due to a technical error. I relied on this written confirmation. However, on-site, we were informed that this was not possible. Despite the prior communication, they were completely uncooperative. In the end, I paid for the upgrade myself for a different view. While the room itself was very good, I would have expected a much more customer-oriented approach to such a situation, especially from a hotel of this category. Other hotel chains have handled similar cases much more easily and accommodatingly. Therefore, unfortunately, only two stars. The hotel itself is nice, but in my opinion, there is significant room for improvement in the service and, in particular, in the communication between support and the hotel staff. This was my first time trying the NH Collection chain, and I think it will be my last for the foreseeable future.
