a month agoBooked the Twenty8 Bar in the hotel lounge for a wedding after party. Sent us a confirmation email the morning of the wedding, we arrived and they denied our booking and kicked us out at 11 pm before the bar even closed. Bartender had an atrocious attitude and was extremely stuck up and rude to the entire party. After denying the reservation and service, we spoke with the manager. The manager walked over to the bar and proceeded to loudly complain to the rude and inattentive bartender about the “obnoxiousness” of our wedding party. Safe to say you should steer as far away from this place as possible, definitely will never be visiting again. Absolutely horrendous customer service and bad attitudes. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Good day.
