a month agoI love the Mariners but I am really frustrated by the team store. I went in to order a custom jersey and they told me it would be ready within two days. After two days had passed and I did not hear from the store, I called to ask about it. They informed me that they did not have the proper letters to complete my jersey and it would not be ready for two weeks. Therefore, if I would not have called, I would be sitting around waiting for two weeks. The frustrating part is the lack of communication from the store. The jersey was supposed to be a birthday gift from my family, and I hoped to wear it for the 50th season celebration games. So not only am I not getting my jersey when I was told I would, the lack of communication made me feel like the money being spent at the store is not being valued. As a dedicated and proud Mariner fan, it feels really bad that the store does not put the same level of care into my purchases as I do for the team. I am really disappointed by all of this.
