3 weeks agoIT'S GOING DOWN AT THE SEAHAWKS PRO SHOP STORE!!!! LONG LINES ARE CREATED DUE TO ALL OF THOSE WILD FANS WHO MAKE UP A LARGE PORTION OF THE SEATTLE SEAHAWKS FAN BASE 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯!!!!! THE SEATTLE SEAHAWKS AND THEIR FANS BASE ARE BOTH FAMOUS!!!!!

a month agoThis is for the temporary location across from T-Mobile Park, not sure if the employees there are just to fill in the gaps while FIFA World Cup is going on but won’t be back until it is back at Lumen Field. Completely over staffed and the four employees working at the checkout counter were incredibly unhelpful and rude. They spoke to my sister and I in a very dismissive tone. I have always loved supporting our teams, but this specific customer service experience was deeply disappointing. I hope management addresses retail staff training at this location because all the employees that were working today were incompetent and shouldn’t be working in retail/customer service.
