Extremely disappointing experience ordering internationally from this company. I returned an item exactly according to their instructions using the Seattle return address THEY provided, and I have tracking proof showing the package was successfully delivered and received. After that, getting my refund became a complete nightmare. First, customer support told me to contact their international department. I did that, only to be told they only handle European orders and that I needed to go back to the North American support team. Then the North American team told me I needed to call a US number, even after I repeatedly explained that I live in Korea and cannot place international calls. After that, they told me to use email support instead. I spent over an hour being transferred between departments, repeating the same information over and over, and having chats abruptly ended without resolution. To make matters worse, I was specifically promised that my refund would arrive before May 26. That date passed, and I still had no refund despite the returned item already being delivered to them. If you are ordering internationally, especially from overseas, be VERY careful. Returning an item and trying to get your refund handled across departments has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. Based on what I went through, I would not recommend ordering internationally from this company unless you are prepared for serious difficulties if anything goes wrong.
