This was our favorite dinner during our visit to Munich for Oktoberfest. We went during the week and it wasn't crowded. Service was excellent and the waiter was helpful in providing suggestions. I got the fish and my sister got the pork knuckle and we both really enjoyed our meals. The vibe felt cozy and authentic and welcoming.

Really nice restaurant/beer hall located in the centre of Munich,a little off the main streets. Went during the day for a meal, really nice place. Not the largest place but definitely enough space. Relaxed vibe with a nice traditional feel to the place. Great menu with a wide choice of dishes at usual Munich prices. Service was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food tasted perfect, couldn't fault it, the drinks were also nice,I went for the Spaten. Definitely one of the better places we visited. It does get very busy in the evenings so be aware.

Hey! There's someone here who makes amazing mushroom sauce! :) I can't pronounce the name, but there's a fantastic dish made with mushroom sauce. The beers are cold and enjoyable, and the salads are commendable. They have garden areas and a great indoor ambiance. They deserve 5 stars. It's also great that they have friendly and welcoming waiters :)

We had the durnbrau-pan and kaiserschmarrn, very delicious and filling! Great bier & wine as well. Service from Jakob was amazing & very friendly! We sat out back in the garten, nice & quiet for our last night in Munich. Highly recommend Zum D, will go back when we’re in town again!
