in the last weekWir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Zwar punktet das Hotel durch den Industriecharme des alten Gebäudes und der nahen Lage am Bahnhof, aber leider war das Zimmer in absolut inakzeptablem Zustand. Im Zimmer roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch (trotz Rauchverbots) und das Bad roch äußerst muffig, sodass man sich dort nicht länger als 5 Minuten aufhalten wollte. Auch waren in den Raumecken noch viele Spinnweben zu finden. Wir meldeten die Mängel direkt an der Rezeption. Da das Hotel allerdings ausgebucht war, wurde uns nur eine Reinigung am nächsten Tag angeboten.

a week agoThe hotel is in a great location. Close to the train station and convenient parking across the street in the large parking garage. The Phoenix Center shopping mall is right next door. The rooms are okay. The lounge is great. Breakfast is also okay. Perfectly adequate for a weekend stay.
