in the last weekVery stylish hotel, easy to get 24/7, because of self check in reception. Breakfast was fantastic! We wished we could have stayed longer, as we were only passing through Hamburg. The location is very convenient, right opposite the ICE train station. With the windows closed, the sound insulation is excellent - we slept very well. Frau Chychyhina

a week agoI absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. The location is good, but that's about it. The rooms are dirty and dusty, and even after changing rooms, nothing was better than before. It looked like they only cleaned sporadically. The breakfast buffet wasn't great, and one member of staff had to do everything themselves: cleaning, clearing dishes, and restocking the buffet. As a result, it was a mess, since it's impossible for one person to do it all alone. My worst hotel experience in a comparable category. Never again!

a week agoOne of the few hotels in Hamburg with a kitchen and everything you need for life - not only for traveling, but also for a few months when you are looking for your own accommodation. Nearby is a lively area with supermarkets, cafes, a large shopping center Phoenix, opposite - a bus station and metro, only 20-25 minutes to the center. On the 4th floor there is a cool lobby, there is a reception, a bar, delicious coffee. board games and Nintendo, from time to time they organize concerts. There is Netflix in the room 👍 The staff is unobtrusive, you feel at home It was very comfortable for us to live here for a whole month, thank you!
